LAGI Working In Partnership With Local Authorities
L.A.G.I. provides electrical maintenance support to Local Authority and Housing Association properties throughout London.
We have based small dedicated maintenance teams to work in areas across London providing initial fault reports through to correction and certification to regulated standards.
The lead times are tight and indeed we, amongst other performance measures, are targeted to correct issues within given time constraints.
The properties could be either empty (voids), awaiting work to be completed before tenants can move in, or occupied by tenants who require work to be carried out as soon as possibl to minimise the impact on their lives.
We manage over 1000 local authority jobs per month from Testing & Certification and complete re-wiring through to day to day property maintenance.
As information is key to us and our customers we have made available a web enquiry service to allow our customers a more transparent service that has increased the quality of information, the speed at which it is accessible and an improved customer service focus.
Our emphasis is on providing a measured approach (e.g. use of KPIs) to our and our customer's business that is results driven.
