Company History
LAGI Contractors was formed in 1999 and has during this time grown from a team numbering three to its current position of employing in excess of 60 direct employees.
Our Expertise
LAGI is an NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor and Domestic Installer.
The company operates as two divisions allowing us to better plan and manage work as two independent operations with distinct differences in operation, key performance indicators, supply chain management and client service delivery:
Maintenance
Responsive and Planned maintenance to public and private sector clients with housing stock within South East England covering general repairs and maintenance, CCTV installation, lamp post re-lamping, security lighting, void specification and upgrading, inspection testing and certification

Projects
Complete electrical project management service from estimating through to final testing & certification and commissioning. We can also provide electrical system design as required or we can produce price estimates based on drawings provided by the client.

Our Company Strength
Local Authority and Housing Associations currently account for approximately 60% of turnover and we have dedicated supervisors that are field based to handle the communication between our clients and our engineers. We handle in excess of 3000 jobs per month within the M25 and South East England for Local Authorities and Housing Associations covering responsive and planned maintenance including day to day and void works.
